Converted successfully my forum from mybb, but got some problems

1- I am having an urdu language forum and the language was in unicode. Now the posts that were in English format are imported successfully. but those urdu unicode post are converted to ?????????? in question mark form. Do I need any kind of fonts or utf8 to covert those ???? question marks in to unicode urdu again Please Help!

2- All the counters are showing the correct statistics but when I openup some forum/subfourm it doesn't show all the thread but shows correctly in the similar threads.

1 - It seems to be an encoding bug with content in database. Unfortunately, I never know how to fix this type of error.

2 - Have you rebuild your counters? AdminCP > Maintenance > Update counters
