This changes the 'Welcome, $bbuserinfo[username]' message in your navbar to a greeting based on time of day. (Based on military time) It changes to:

From 0-11: 'Good Morning, $bbuserinfo[username]'
From 12-8: 'Good Afternoon, $bbuserinfo[username]'
From 8-11: 'Good Evening, $bbuserinfo[username]'

Small tweak, but nifty.

Edit: tweaked so it can work with all timezones. (thanks 4 help, Stefan)
Edit: Updated to use phrases, easier translation.
Edit: Updated (thx floris) to use a vboption for the server offset. Now all you have to add is the templates, don't need to change squat.

Updated it, so it works on a time schedule user based, not server based. Thanks Stefan for helping me.

One additional question. I will run the board in english and german. This modification is in english only.

How can I create the needed phrases for other languages? Can you give me a short instruction?
