newbie admin, oldbie songwriter

Hi all. This is my first post here. I'm looking forward to chatting with other board admins. I'm a real beginner at this, but nonetheless, my board is becoming quite popular among songwriters.

My vBulletin site is called Songwriter's Tip Jar, and we're composed of (no pun intended) every kind of songwriter you can imagine, from rank beginner to old, experienced and extremely successful. All styles of music are represented and the most popular area is the forum where people can post their original lyrics and mp3s (works in progress, usually) and ask for feedback.
